Thank you for your order — we've got it!
Your order has been received. Please read the information below carefully so your delivery goes smoothly.
Order Confirmation & Availability
When we'll contact you
We will reach out to you the same day or on your selected delivery date — but only if stock is available in your city.
If stock isn't available
We will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatch so you're never left waiting without an update.
Communication Is Very Important
We'll call you first
Our team will contact you by phone call. Please pick up — this is how we confirm your order before dispatch.
If we can't reach you by phone
We'll send a WhatsApp message. You must reply to confirm your order. Failure to respond may lead to cancellation.
Important
Failure to respond to our calls or WhatsApp messages may result in your order being cancelled.
Product & Bundle Rules
Product size confirmation
The product size is exactly as shown on the landing page. Please review before delivery — no changes can be made at the door.
Bundle orders are not breakable
If you ordered a bundle (e.g. 2-pack), all units must be received and paid for. You cannot choose to take only one unit at delivery.
No test orders
Please do not place an order just to test the process. Every order placed is treated as a serious purchase and dispatched accordingly.
Delivery & Cancellation Policy
Delivery window
Delivery timing depends on logistics and traffic. Same-day or next-day delivery is a delivery window estimate — not an exact time guarantee.
No changes at delivery
Do not attempt to change your order when the delivery rider arrives. All terms are agreed at the point of ordering.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
